Ferretti Group has introduced a “+1 Year Ferretti Quality Promise” programme that adds a year of limited extended warranty coverage to the standard protection on new yachts. The scheme applies to qualifying purchase contracts signed from September 1, 2026.
The programme extends across the group’s brands and applies to yachts up to 45 metres, so it includes the full sub-24-metre Ferretti, Riva, Itama, Pershing and Wally products relevant to Luxury Yacht Guide. Ferretti describes the initiative as an additional commitment to owner protection after delivery.
Why this matters in the luxury-yacht market
Warranty terms are an important but sometimes overlooked part of a yacht purchase. Modern production yachts carry increasingly complex propulsion, electronics, hotel systems and integrated controls, making the scope and duration of manufacturer support financially significant.
An extra year of limited coverage does not remove the need to understand exclusions, maintenance requirements and claim procedures. It does, however, give buyers a clearer point of comparison when assessing ownership packages across competing builders.
What comes next
The programme is now part of Ferretti Group’s sales proposition for new contracts. Prospective owners should examine the detailed warranty documentation for the specific brand and model before treating the additional year as equivalent to full comprehensive cover.
Luxury Yacht Guide is following this development from official builder information and will update the coverage when further verified specifications, launch details or owner-use information becomes available.
