Absolute Yachts has partnered with fragrance house Dr. Vranjes Firenze for a sensory presentation of its Generation 2026 models at Cannes. The collaboration pairs three new Navetta yachts with individual fragrances intended to reflect their different interior characters.

The Navetta 50 Calypso, Navetta 58 Andromeda and Navetta 66 Aurora each receive a dedicated scent within the Cannes display. Absolute says the concept is designed to connect materials, colours, atmosphere and the broader experience of stepping aboard.

Why this matters in the luxury-yacht market

Yacht builders increasingly use architecture, furniture, lighting and hospitality to distinguish products that may be technically similar on paper. Fragrance is a less common extension of that strategy, turning a boat-show visit into a deliberately multi-sensory brand experience.

For buyers, such collaborations are secondary to engineering and build quality, but they illustrate how strongly the luxury-yacht market now competes on emotional identity as well as specifications. The approach is particularly relevant when several models share common technical DNA.

What comes next

The installation is being presented during Cannes Yachting Festival 2026. Its success will be measured less by the fragrance itself than by whether it helps visitors understand the intended personality of each new Navetta model.
