Itama 75 overview
The Itama 75 is the flagship of the builder's current open-yacht collection and, at 23.54 metres overall, sits just below the upper boundary of Luxury Yacht Guide. It combines the open-cockpit character of the smaller Itama models with accommodation, crew space and machinery more typical of a larger yacht. The result is a high-performance platform intended for owners who want to remain directly connected to the sea rather than move into a fully enclosed multi-deck design.
The exterior uses a very high bow and a sweeping profile, while the cockpit can be protected by Itama's sliding Avantop system when underway. Carbon fibre is used in major upper structures to reduce weight, including the hardtop and windscreen structure, helping maintain the performance focus of a yacht this size.
Performance and technical specification
Official data give an overall length of 23.54 metres, beam of 5.92 metres and draft of 1.44 metres. The GRP hull has an unladen displacement of 44.5 tonnes and a laden displacement of 52.2 tonnes. Twin MTU 12V 2000 M96 diesels, each rated at 1,826 hp, drive through surface drives.
Itama publishes a maximum speed of 42.5 knots and a cruising speed of 38 knots, with approximately 350 nautical miles of range at cruise. Fuel capacity is 5,500 litres and water capacity 1,000 litres. Those figures place the 75 firmly among the faster production yachts in the sub-24-metre sector.
Accommodation
The builder offers both three- and four-cabin guest arrangements, each with a separate crew cabin. Up to 16 people are permitted on board in the published specification. The ability to choose between fewer larger guest cabins and a four-cabin plan broadens the model's appeal to different ownership patterns, from family cruising to larger guest groups.
