Signia Hilton Indianapolis is using food and drink as a central part of its December opening, unveiling seven restaurant and bar concepts designed to connect the new hotel with the city's creative and cultural character.

Seven concepts under one roof

The programme will be led by Executive Chef Dwayne Krisko and Director of Food & Beverage Kyle Wright, with development support from StiR Creative Collective, Hilton's in-house food and beverage consultancy. The line-up includes Torchlight, Rosewater's, Heartwood, Slipstream, Deck on 5 and Club Signia, alongside additional service designed around the hotel's events and guest spaces.

Rather than relying on a single signature restaurant, the property is building a collection of distinct venues intended to work across different times of day and styles of visit. That approach reflects a broader change in large premium hotels, where restaurants and bars are increasingly expected to appeal to local residents as well as overnight guests.

Hospitality as a local social space

Hilton says the concepts take inspiration from the creativity, culture and energy of Indianapolis. The aim is to make dining part of the hotel's identity from opening day, with spaces that range from destination restaurants to bars and more informal gathering points.

For travellers, the result should be a hotel that functions as more than accommodation during a city stay. Signia Hilton Indianapolis is positioning its culinary programme as part of the destination experience itself when the property opens in December.
