A new M-Line model arrives at Cannes
PRESTIGE used the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival to give the M6 its world premiere alongside the new F6.7 and M8 EVO. At 14.79 metres overall, the M6 sits comfortably within the under-24m market while bringing the wide living platform of a power multihull to family cruising.
The model extends PRESTIGE’s M-Line with a design focused on extended stays rather than short day use. Its arrangement is built around open circulation between the main-deck living spaces and exterior areas, giving owners a layout intended to feel more like a compact home on the water.
Multihull volume with conventional cruising systems
The M6 uses a multihull architecture that creates broad interior volume and additional stability at rest. PRESTIGE lists twin Volvo D6 380hp engines with V-drive transmission, providing a conventional propulsion package for owners moving into a catamaran-style platform from a monohull motor yacht.
Official specifications list fuel capacity at 1,200 litres and fresh water at 600 litres, with accommodation for six to eight people plus an optional crew berth. The naval and design work brings together Garroni, Philippe Briand and PRESTIGE engineering, combining the builder’s established interior language with the proportions of the M-Line platform.
Family use drives the interior plan
The main deck places the galley within the social heart of the yacht rather than isolating it below. PRESTIGE has also emphasised storage, easy circulation and a full-beam owner’s cabin, features that matter more on longer family cruises than on short coastal runs.
The interior uses warm finishes and softer forms to separate the M6 from more aggressively styled performance catamarans. Large glazed areas and the broad beam increase the sense of space, while the connection between saloon and exterior decks supports the indoor-outdoor use expected in Mediterranean cruising.
Three PRESTIGE premieres strengthen the range
The M6 arrived in Cannes as one of three PRESTIGE world premieres, giving the builder a significant product update across both its monohull and multihull lines. For buyers comparing yachts below 24 metres, the M6 adds another option between conventional flybridge motor yachts and larger power catamarans.
Its debut also shows how quickly the premium production-yacht market is widening beyond traditional hull forms. The combination of 14.79m length, large usable volume and established diesel systems gives the M6 a distinctive position for owners who want multihull space without moving into superyacht scale.
