PRESTIGE is displaying the F4.9 at Yokohama Boat Fair from 25 to 27 September 2026 at Yokohama Bayside Marina. The appearance places the 15.18-metre flybridge yacht in front of a Japanese audience as the brand continues to develop its Asia-Pacific presence.
A current F-Line model for the Japanese market
The F4.9 was introduced as the first model in a newer generation of PRESTIGE’s F-Line, combining a Michael Peters hull with styling and interior work led by Garroni Design. Its appearance in Yokohama gives buyers the chance to inspect that design approach in person rather than through a regional brochure or dealer presentation.
The yacht measures 15.18 metres overall with a 4.49-metre beam and a draft of about 1.17 metres. Those dimensions place it firmly in the core LYG market, where owner-operated flybridge yachts compete on interior volume, ease of handling and the ability to support longer weekends or coastal cruising.
IPS650 propulsion and 28-knot maximum speed
PRESTIGE specifies twin Volvo Penta IPS650 units using D6 480hp engines. Published figures give a cruising speed of about 21 knots and a maximum speed of roughly 28 knots, with the usual variation expected according to load, sea state and operating conditions.
Fuel capacity is 1,300 litres and fresh-water capacity 586 litres, while full-load displacement is listed at just over 20 tonnes. The IPS installation supports the model’s owner-operator positioning by combining pod-drive efficiency with joystick-style manoeuvring and integrated control systems.
Flybridge living with a broad technology package
The upper deck is arranged as a separate social area with dining, lounging and a second helm position. PRESTIGE offers a bimini or hard-top arrangement, allowing owners to tune the space for stronger sun protection or a lighter open-air feel.
Technology options include Garmin Surround View, Seakeeper stabilisation, Ship Control and the builder’s Seanapps connected-services platform. The combination is intended to reduce the workload of operating a 15-metre yacht while giving owners better information about onboard systems.
Yokohama show runs through 27 September
The Yokohama Boat Fair takes place at Bayside Marina and includes both new and pre-owned boats, marine equipment and sea-trial activity. PRESTIGE is presenting the F4.9 through its local network, with appointments available for visitors wanting a more detailed walkthrough.
Japan is a market where marina dimensions, owner operation and quality of finish can strongly influence buying decisions. The F4.9’s moderate length, flybridge layout and pod-drive package give PRESTIGE a product that can address those priorities without moving into the larger crewed-yacht category.
The show runs until 27 September 2026, making the F4.9 one of the more substantial luxury motor yachts on the event programme. For PRESTIGE, the display is also another step in making its latest F-Line generation more visible across Asia-Pacific rather than concentrating launches only in Europe and North America.
