Club Air becomes a permanent Pardo touchpoint

The partnership places a Pardo-branded lounge inside Club Air, Seaspice's private members club on the Miami River. Rather than limiting customer contact to boat shows and dealer offices, the builder gains a year-round hospitality setting where owners and prospective clients can meet the brand socially.

That approach reflects a wider shift in luxury-yacht ownership, where builders are trying to maintain relationships between purchase events. A familiar private setting can support previews, owner gatherings and service conversations without requiring clients to wait for the next major boat show.

A custom Pardo 50 becomes the waterborne link

Central to the agreement is a custom Seaspice-edition Pardo 50 that will be used for VIP transfers, private events and tailored experiences along the Miami River. At roughly 50 feet, the yacht remains firmly inside the LYG range while functioning as both a product showcase and an operating hospitality asset.

Using the yacht rather than displaying it statically gives clients a better sense of boarding, deck circulation, ride and social layout. It also places the Pardo 50 into the context many South Florida owners actually value: rapid movement between waterfront destinations with guests aboard.

Owners gain marina and club benefits

Pardo says its clients will receive benefits including priority access to Club Air, reserved berths at Seaspice Marina and private use of the Pardo 50 for selected experiences. Those privileges extend the ownership relationship into dining, events and waterfront access rather than ending with delivery.

For time-sensitive owners, reserved access can carry genuine value in a congested boating market. The partnership effectively bundles yacht ownership with part of the local hospitality infrastructure, giving the brand a practical reason to remain involved in an owner's Miami routine.

Miami becomes a platform for future private events

Club Air is also intended to host Pardo presentations, receptions and networking around major boat shows and lifestyle events. That gives the builder a controlled environment for introducing models and partners while the yacht itself remains available as a working demonstration on the water.

The strategy is particularly well suited to the 12-to-24-metre sector, where owners often drive the yacht themselves and value immediate access to waterfront destinations. Pardo is turning that use pattern into a broader owner ecosystem rather than treating the boat as an isolated purchase.
