The E60 is built around endurance rather than outright speed

Pardo describes the E60 as a yacht designed to cover miles efficiently while keeping noise, vibration and fuel consumption under control. The hull is optimised for both displacement and planing operation, allowing owners to vary speed according to passage length and conditions.

At 18.08 metres overall with a 5.12-metre beam, the yacht has enough volume for extended stays without moving into the larger operational footprint of a 20-plus-metre flagship. The design emphasis remains on comfort, autonomy and predictable cruising behaviour.

Three cabins support longer owner use

The standard layout provides three guest cabins and three bathrooms, with a choice between twin or double arrangements in the VIP cabin. This gives owners flexibility without changing the overall accommodation count or compromising the full-beam spaces created by the wide hull.

Six berths and substantial storage make the yacht suitable for longer family trips rather than occasional day use. The flybridge adds a second helm and lounge area, creating another social zone while preserving an enclosed main-deck living space below.

Twin IPS700 units are standard

The current specification lists two Volvo Penta IPS700 engines producing 550 horsepower each, with optional IPS800 units rated at 600 horsepower. Fuel capacity is 2,400 litres and water capacity is 700 litres, supporting longer cruising intervals between marina stops.

Pod propulsion also supports joystick manoeuvring and frees designers from conventional shaft lines. For owners, the practical value lies in easier low-speed handling and a more flexible internal layout rather than simply a different propulsion brand.

Hybrid readiness is built into the platform

Pardo says the E60 has been designed with hybrid powertrain readiness, allowing the machinery concept to evolve as suitable systems become available. The current yacht remains diesel-powered, so owners should distinguish future compatibility from a presently installed hybrid system.

That preparation nevertheless matters for buyers considering long ownership periods. The E60 combines a conventional serviceable propulsion package today with an architecture intended to accommodate future electrification without requiring the entire yacht to be redesigned.
