A textile collection for exposed spaces
H2 Yacht Design has collaborated with Italian textile specialist Miscimasci on a collection for exterior yacht furnishings. The range reflects a design studio’s approach to outdoor living rather than a newly launched boat model.
Owners of customised 12–24-metre vessels may follow developments in larger-yacht materials, but product availability and suitability must be verified for each project. The collection is currently described as exclusive to H2 clients.
A palette drawn from decks and sea
The studio’s work takes inspiration from familiar marine materials and the changing tones of outdoor spaces. Colour and texture are intended to help deck seating sit within a coherent wider design.
The photographs show the intended appearance, not quantified proof of durability in every climate. The exact fabric and finish need selection against the planned exposure and use.
Applications around the guest areas
The designer identifies upholstery, loose cushions and jacuzzi bolsters as potential applications. Washability and maintenance are part of the announcement because exterior soft furnishings see regular use.
A seating refurbishment may also need checks on drainage, fastening and the condition of supporting furniture. A textile choice alone is not a complete deck refit specification.
