IBEX is organising more than 50 education sessions across ten tracks for its October 2026 exhibition in Tampa. The syllabus spans marine engineering, construction, onboard systems and boatyard operations, with direct relevance to teams producing and maintaining 12–23.99m yachts.

Engineering beyond the display stand

The organiser’s ten tracks cover construction methods and materials, design and engineering, emerging topics, marine electrical systems and onboard equipment. That brings questions from the shop floor, design office and yacht commissioning team into one programme.

The show takes place 6–8 October at the Tampa Convention Center, while pre-conference activity is scheduled on 5 October. Individual talks require checking the official timetable rather than assuming that every subject is available each day.

An operations and workforce focus

Separate strands address survey and repair, marina and boatyard operations, sustainability, management policy and leadership. These subjects can be especially relevant to an owner commissioning a 15–22m yacht where maintenance planning starts before handover.
