Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has brought its Cake Shop back to IFC Mall with a pop-up boutique in the heart of Central. The location makes executive pastry chef Ringo Chan's creations available beyond the hotel itself.
The kiosk opened in August and is scheduled to operate through 14 February 2027, with morning hours designed for commuters and later options for people meeting in the district. The collection is prepared daily in the hotel's pastry kitchen.
A tasting point in Central
The shop occupies kiosk LA15 on Podium Level 1 at IFC Mall, 8 Finance Street. Weekday opening hours are 8am to 7pm, with weekends and public holidays running from 10am to 7pm.
Its position makes hotel pastry accessible for office workers as well as guests staying nearby. The team offers grab-and-go options and items intended for sharing.
Japanese cheese tarts lead the range
Baked Japanese cheese tarts are available in vanilla at HK$280 and Kyoto matcha at HK$300. They combine Hokkaido cream and Japanese eggs with a crisp pastry shell.
The matcha version uses tea sourced from Kyoto to bring a more pronounced bitter note to the creamy filling. The prices are those given in the dated official announcement and may change.
Fresh bakes and monthly releases
The menu includes Cake Shop favourites alongside products exclusive to the IFC location. Limited-edition selections are planned to change monthly, giving repeat visitors something new to find.
The hotel's pastry team produces the items each day rather than positioning them as mass-market packaged sweets. Availability depends on the day's output.
A pop-up with an end date
The announced schedule ends on 14 February 2027, making the shop a current but time-limited addition to Central. Visitors should check the published hours around holidays and confirm particular items before making a special trip.
The initiative is separate from other awards or hotel-accommodation news for Four Seasons Hong Kong. The practical change is the renewed off-property access to its pastry programme.
