British Marine has confirmed an eight-day Southampton International Boat Show for 18–25 September 2027, with Fairline, Princess Yachts and Sunseeker committing to return. The 27 September announcement follows the close of the 2026 edition and includes a longer-term agreement to keep the event at Mayflower Park.
The renewed format runs Saturday to Saturday with three weekend trading days, rather than the previous ten-day arrangement. Exact yacht lists have not yet been announced, so LYG will apply its 12.00–23.99-metre rule when the builders release their displays.
A changed calendar and secured venue
The 2027 dates are Saturday 18 to Saturday 25 September, giving exhibitors an eight-day event with a concentrated visitor period. British Marine also reports a three-year commitment to Mayflower Park as the show's main setting.
The organiser attributes the format change to exhibitor feedback and says it is planning further developments for 2028. The present confirmation establishes an event schedule rather than an independently verified forecast of attendance or sales.
British builders commit early
Fairline, Princess Yachts and Sunseeker have confirmed support for the 2027 show, providing an early base for the motor-yacht programme. Fairline's statement refers to a future British debut but does not identify the model, so LYG is not announcing an unconfirmed yacht.
The three brands manufacture across different length classes, including models outside LYG's remit. Coverage of the show will identify only the qualifying 12–23.99-metre yachts once official lists are available.
