Solé Advance is taking its EPA-certified marine generator range to the United States as the Barcelona manufacturer prepares for its first appearance at IBEX Tampa from 6 to 8 October 2026. The move is aimed at recreational boatbuilders, distributors and technical-service companies as Solé builds a North American sales and support network.
EPA-certified onboard power for the US market
The range has been adapted to US emissions requirements and includes generator sets intended for onboard electrical supply in leisure and professional vessels. Solé's current catalogue includes several EPA-labelled models across different outputs, giving builders a route to integrate certified auxiliary power without relying on a single genset size.
Distribution and service are part of the expansion
Solé says its IBEX programme is not limited to product display. The company is looking for distributors, shipyards and marine service businesses that can represent the brand locally, advise owners and builders, and provide spare parts and technical support after installation.
Production capacity is also expanding
The US move comes as Solé increases production capacity in Spain to support wider international growth. For yacht owners, the practical value of a new generator brand in a market depends as much on parts availability and service coverage as the equipment itself, making the planned dealer network an important part of the announcement.
IBEX becomes the first US step
Solé will exhibit at the Tampa Convention Center from 6 to 8 October, presenting its marine generator range to the North American market for the first time. The company already supplies engines, generators, driveline components and onboard-power equipment in more than 60 countries, but is treating IBEX as the formal starting point for a larger US presence.
