Factory incentives are often less straightforward than a headline discount because the real value depends on whether the included options are things an owner would have specified anyway. SEALINE’s current campaign takes that route by attaching savings to selected navigation, cruising and comfort packages rather than simply cutting the base price.

Within LYG’s size range, the relevant yachts are the 13.55-metre F430 and C430. The offer runs through 30 September and lists potential package savings of up to €19,225 on the F430 and €15,113 on the C430.

The F430 carries the larger headline saving

The F430 is SEALINE’s flybridge model at this size and uses the upper deck to add a second helm and another outdoor social area. Buyers considering the campaign should therefore look closely at which navigation and comfort options apply to both helm positions and which are genuinely useful for their intended cruising.

A €19,225 headline saving can be meaningful, but only when it reduces the cost of equipment the buyer already values. Adding unnecessary options simply because they are discounted can still increase the total purchase price and future maintenance load.

The C430 targets a different kind of owner

The C430 shares the same 13.55-metre overall length but trades the flybridge for a lower enclosed-coupe profile. That can suit owners who prioritise all-weather saloon use, lower air draft and a simpler exterior arrangement.

SEALINE lists savings of up to €15,113 on selected packages for the C430. The smaller headline figure should not be read as a weaker offer without comparing the underlying equipment because the two models have different standard layouts and option needs.

Package-based incentives deserve careful specification review

Navigation electronics, generators, air-conditioning, entertainment systems and cruising equipment can materially change both purchase price and ownership cost. Buyers should therefore compare the campaign specification with the exact equipment they would choose without an incentive.

Dealer stock, regional specification and tax treatment can also affect the final calculation. A campaign figure quoted in euros is a useful starting point, but the signed purchase order is where the real saving has to be visible.

Late-season offers can change the timing of a purchase

SEALINE’s campaign ends on 30 September, making it a time-limited commercial decision rather than a permanent pricing change. Such offers can be attractive to buyers already close to ordering, particularly when production slots or dealer inventory line up with their delivery plans.

For LYG readers, the important point is to treat the incentive as part of the specification rather than as the reason to choose the yacht. The F430 and C430 still need to win on layout, performance and intended use before any equipment saving becomes genuinely valuable.
