PSA Prime Marine will launch its expanded Prime Concierge offering at the Southampton International Boat Show from 18 to 27 September 2026. The Solent-based company will exhibit on Stand H162 in the New Wave Hall, using the event to connect its existing maintenance and management work with a broader package of practical and lifestyle support for owners.
The company says its team brings more than 40 years of combined marine experience and has logged more than 400,000 nautical miles. Its established services already include maintenance, engineering, refit support, yacht deliveries, inspections, owner representation and sea trials, so the concierge launch is being positioned as an extension of work it already performs around active boats.
Southampton becomes the public launch point
The Southampton International Boat Show opens on 18 September and runs for ten days, giving PSA Prime Marine a long window to explain the new service to owners, brokers, builders and other marine businesses. The company is not presenting Prime Concierge as a standalone luxury add-on, but as another layer in a support package that can follow a yacht from technical preparation into everyday use.
That integration is relevant because ownership tasks often cross conventional service boundaries. A boat may need engineering attention, cleaning, provisions, fuel and crew support in the same short period before departure, and coordinating those jobs through several unrelated suppliers can create unnecessary delays or duplicated communication.
Prime Concierge covers practical owner needs
PSA lists provisioning, laundry, catering, bespoke flowers, refuelling and the supply of professional skippers or crew among the services available through Prime Concierge. Its own service page also includes foul-weather gear care and chef services, showing that the offer ranges from practical preparation to higher-end guest support.
The value of a concierge model is not that each individual task is unusual, but that owners can use one point of contact to organise several of them. That can be particularly useful for yachts that move between private use, guest trips and periods in which the vessel is left in the care of a management or maintenance provider.
Technical work remains the foundation
PSA Prime Marine’s underlying business includes vessel maintenance, management, refit projects, engineering, repairs and project management. It also undertakes deliveries, pre-purchase inspections, sea trials and owner representation, giving the company a technical base that distinguishes the concierge service from a purely hospitality-led offering.
For yacht owners, combining technical and lifestyle support can simplify preparation because the same team has visibility of whether machinery, safety equipment, cleaning and guest requirements are actually ready at the same time. It also creates clearer accountability when several jobs must be completed before a fixed departure or handover date.
The company is expanding its B2B role
The Southampton release also highlights increased support for boat manufacturers, resellers, brokers and yacht agencies. PSA says it already assists exhibitors and marine businesses with deliveries, preparation and commissioning, cleaning, repairs, engineering, crew support, on-water assistance and post-show collections across the UK and Europe.
That business-to-business work is relevant to private owners because many yachts change hands or move through dealer and brokerage networks before a new owner establishes their preferred service relationships. A provider that works across those stages can help maintain continuity between sale preparation, survey work, delivery and the first period of ownership.
Farécla collaboration adds a vessel-care element
PSA will also use its Southampton stand to present a collaboration with marine finishing specialist Farécla. The two companies are focusing on professional finishing products and application practices, with PSA linking the partnership to its wider aim of maintaining high presentation standards while considering the environmental impact of products and processes.
Finishing work may appear cosmetic beside engines and navigation systems, but surface protection has a direct effect on the condition and maintenance burden of a yacht. Correct product selection and application can influence how gelcoat, paint and other exposed surfaces age, particularly on boats that spend long periods outdoors in demanding coastal environments.
A broader service model for sub-24-metre yachts
Luxury yachts between 12 and 24 metres are often owner-operated or run with only occasional professional crew, which means support requirements can change quickly from trip to trip. An owner may be comfortable handling routine navigation but still want help with a delivery, a complex repair, provisioning or temporary crew for a longer passage.
Prime Concierge fits that pattern because it can be used alongside technical support rather than requiring a yacht to enter full management. The service therefore addresses an ownership segment that values professional assistance but does not necessarily need the permanent staffing and management structure common on much larger superyachts.
The launch reflects a more integrated ownership market
Marine service companies are increasingly expected to solve complete operational problems rather than provide one narrow trade in isolation. PSA Prime Marine’s Southampton launch reflects that shift by combining engineering, management, delivery and owner-support capabilities with the day-to-day tasks that determine whether a yacht is actually ready to leave the dock.
For owners, the practical test will be responsiveness, coordination and consistency rather than the length of the service list. Southampton gives PSA a high-profile venue to demonstrate how the concierge offer works alongside its established technical business and whether one integrated contact can genuinely make ownership easier.
