Patrone 45 Convertible reworks the Ligurian gozzo concept
The Patrone 45 Convertible has made its world debut at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival as the latest development in the yard’s modern interpretation of the Ligurian gozzo. The model follows the Patrone 100 and Patrone 45 Open while adding greater protection and extended-cruising capability.
One of the most important layout changes is the decision to move the galley below deck. That frees the main deck for saloon and dining use and creates a more open social area without sacrificing the practical equipment needed for longer stays aboard.
Lower-deck galley receives full domestic equipment
The galley uses a Miele induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a large-capacity refrigerator. Hull-side windows and the opening toward the upper deck are intended to keep the space connected visually with the rest of the yacht rather than treating it as an enclosed service room.
Extended-cruising equipment includes a watermaker, two 12,000 BTU Frigomar air-conditioning units and a 14kW Paguro generator. The specification is aimed at owners who want to remain aboard for longer periods without depending constantly on marina services.
Boarding hardware is integrated into the exterior design
A Besenzoni SP608 five-step electro-hydraulic gangway is recessed into the yacht and remains concealed when not in use. The approach keeps boarding equipment available without interrupting the clean exterior profile.
After its Cannes world premiere, the Patrone 45 Convertible was scheduled for an Italian debut in Genoa. The model gives the yard a more enclosed and cruising-focused option while retaining the design identity established by its recent open models.
