Beneteau and Alpine have formed a long-term partnership intended to combine French marine and automotive design around what both brands describe as the pleasure of driving. The first visible result is an Alpine Edition treatment for the new Gran Turismo express-cruiser range.
The collaboration brings Alpine-influenced colours, finishes and higher-performance engine options to selected Beneteau models. The official programme includes the Gran Turismo 35, 40 and 50, with the 40 and 50 falling within Luxury Yacht Guide’s 12-to-23.99-metre production-yacht scope.
Why this matters in the luxury-yacht market
Automotive collaborations have become a recurring feature of premium yacht design, but the Beneteau-Alpine agreement is broader than a one-off styling exercise. Both companies describe it as a continuing design and engineering relationship supported by shared events and customer experiences.
For buyers, the useful question is whether the partnership produces functional differences as well as branding. Beneteau says the Alpine Editions combine technical changes, stronger engine choices and distinctive finishes rather than relying on badges alone.
What comes next
The partnership will develop alongside the launch of the new Gran Turismo range. Future editions and joint owner experiences will show how far Alpine’s performance identity becomes integrated into Beneteau’s marine products.
Luxury Yacht Guide is following this development from official builder information and will update the coverage when further verified specifications, launch details or owner-use information becomes available.
