Porsche Design and Orlando Bloom have created a limited capsule collection built around two objects: a hooded leather jacket and the P’86007 sunglasses. The collaboration aims to combine Bloom’s personal style with the functional design language Porsche Design has carried from automotive engineering into lifestyle products.
The collection is deliberately compact rather than broad. That focus gives the two pieces room to show material and construction details that could be lost inside a larger seasonal range.
The P’86007 sunglasses reinterpret the Targa shield idea
The P’86007 evolves the shield-style eyewear Porsche Design introduced through its Targa Series. A titanium front surrounds the lens structure, with cut-outs used to reduce visual mass and emphasise the technical construction.
