For buyers trying to decide what kind of yacht actually suits them, Norwalk offers something more useful than another isolated model launch. SI Yachts has assembled seven yachts inside LYG’s 12.00–23.99-metre range at one Dock A display, creating a rare chance to compare different ownership philosophies without crossing the show.

The line-up runs from the Prestige F4.3 through to the Absolute Navetta 70, with flybridge, coupe, walkaround and performance formats represented. That breadth makes the display less about one brand winning attention and more about showing how differently designers use similar lengths.

Absolute covers three distinct steps in size

The Absolute Navetta 70 anchors the display at 69ft 10in and uses twin Volvo Penta IPS1350 propulsion, a large flybridge and separate crew accommodation. Below it, the 60 Fly and 52 Fly bring the same emphasis on glass, terrace-style cockpits and private cabin arrangements into progressively smaller platforms.

Seeing those three together should make the compromises easier to understand. Extra length buys privacy and volume, but it also changes berthing, operating cost and the amount of yacht an owner has to manage every time they leave the marina.

Prestige offers two different entry points

The Prestige F5.7 sits at 56ft 9in with twin IPS800 engines and a forward owner’s suite arranged to feel partially separated from the lower guest accommodation. The F4.3 brings the flybridge idea down to 43 feet with modular upper-deck seating and a more compact operating footprint.

That gap is useful for buyers deciding whether they really need a larger yacht or simply want the social separation created by a flybridge. A smaller yacht with the right layout can sometimes deliver more practical ownership than a larger boat whose extra volume is rarely used.

Princess and Pardo add performance-led alternatives

The Princess V50 brings a deep-V sports-cruiser approach with twin Volvo Penta IPS650 engines and a quoted top-speed range around 29 to 31 knots. The Pardo 43R moves further toward open-air performance, with a walkaround deck and available triple Mercury Verado 600 V12 outboards.

These two boats change the conversation from maximum accommodation to how the yacht feels underway and how much of the day is spent outside. For owners who use a yacht mainly for weekends and shorter coastal trips, that distinction can matter more than another cabin.

Norwalk becomes a practical comparison exercise
