The 5600 makes its Fort Lauderdale show debut
Riviera's 5600 Sport Yacht Platinum is one of the new-model highlights in the builder's 2026 Fort Lauderdale display. The official release identifies it as a show premiere, placing the 18.64-metre yacht alongside the Americas-premiere 6200 and a wide selection of established Riviera models.
The 5600 is aimed at owners who want substantial luxury and blue-water capability without moving beyond the 24-metre threshold. Its size allows three proper staterooms, several social areas and a tender garage while remaining within the operational scale of a large private motor yacht.
Single-level living is central to the design
Riviera has developed the 5600 around all-seasons alfresco entertaining, a spacious saloon and a large forward deck relaxation area. The layout is intended to keep the principal living spaces connected, allowing family and guests to move easily between interior seating and outdoor zones.
That approach differs from an enclosed-flybridge motor yacht because the main social experience remains concentrated on one level. For owners who spend much of their time at anchor or entertaining outside, the result can feel more immediate and less divided across multiple decks.
Three staterooms and a tender garage
The accommodation deck contains three staterooms including a full-beam master suite, while a dedicated laundry adds practical support for longer trips. Riviera also incorporates a tender garage and a hydraulic swim platform, helping keep the main cockpit clear while providing convenient access to a tender and water toys.
Propulsion comes from twin Volvo Penta D11 IPS950 engines rated at 725 horsepower each. Riviera combines the engines with joystick control, integrated navigation and CZone digital switching to make manoeuvring and onboard system management more approachable for private owners.
Fort Lauderdale brings the model to US buyers
The 5600's FLIBS appearance gives North American buyers an early chance to step aboard a model first introduced in 2026. Riviera's dedicated model page already lists Fort Lauderdale from 28 October to 1 November and offers prospective customers the opportunity to secure a private inspection.
The yacht will appear alongside three other Riviera Sport Yacht Platinum models at Bahia Mar. That broader display should help buyers compare the 5600's 18.64-metre package with larger alternatives and decide how much additional volume their cruising plans genuinely require.
