Lavrio extends Princess’s Mediterranean show presence
Princess lists the Olympic Yacht Show among its October 2026 events, following Genoa and preceding Fort Lauderdale and Malta later in the month. The schedule reflects the importance of regional shows for a builder whose customers cruise widely but often depend on local dealer relationships for purchase, commissioning and after-sales support.
Lavrio’s location on the Attica coast places the event close to one of the Mediterranean’s most active private-yachting regions. Owners based in Greece or cruising the Aegean can therefore meet Princess representatives without relying on the larger western Mediterranean shows.
Greek buyers have different ownership priorities
The Greek market combines island cruising, relatively short passages between destinations and a strong seasonal charter and private-yacht infrastructure. For buyers considering yachts below 24 metres, those conditions can favour layouts that balance outdoor living, efficient cruising speeds and manageable marina dimensions.
Princess does not list a model-specific line-up for the Olympic Yacht Show on its main event page, so individual display yachts should be confirmed with the regional representative. Even without a published fleet list, the event gives customers a direct route into the builder’s current range and specification process.
Several Princess ranges sit inside LYG coverage
Much of the Princess F, S, V and Y Class portfolio falls within Luxury Yacht Guide’s sub-24-metre sector. Those families offer different interpretations of private motor-yacht ownership, from flybridge cruising and sportbridge layouts to lower-profile sports yachts designed around faster coastal use.
The common thread is production-yacht practicality combined with a premium level of finish and dealer support. For Greek owners, the choice between these formats often comes down to how much time is spent aboard, preferred cruising speed, exterior living space and the balance between sheltered and open deck areas.
The show runs from October 15 to 18
Princess Yachts lists the Olympic Yacht Show at Lavrio from October 15 through October 18, 2026. The timing places it in the middle of the Mediterranean autumn show season, when manufacturers are presenting current models and owners are beginning to plan purchases and upgrades for the following summer.
Princess says its events are intended to give visitors access to the craftsmanship, engineering and bespoke furniture produced at its Plymouth facilities. In Lavrio, that presentation is paired with the practical benefit of local market knowledge and regional ownership support.
