Valletta joins Princess’s busy autumn show schedule

The Malta Boat Show falls immediately after several major European and international events in Princess Yachts’ 2026 calendar. The builder is also attending Genoa, the Olympic Yacht Show and Fort Lauderdale during October, making the Valletta appearance part of a concentrated autumn sales and customer programme.

For Malta-based owners and buyers, the regional show provides a more convenient opportunity to meet the Princess network without travelling to one of the larger continental exhibitions. Princess has not published a model-specific Malta line-up on its main event listing, so visitors should confirm individual yacht availability with the local distributor before attending.

The event fits Malta’s established yachting role

Malta is an important Mediterranean cruising and ownership base, with a strong concentration of marinas, refit facilities, technical services and private yachts. A local boat show therefore gives manufacturers access to both resident owners and visiting yachts that use the islands as part of wider Mediterranean itineraries.

That market is particularly relevant to yachts below 24 metres, where owners often manage their own cruising plans and service relationships directly. Regional dealer support, berth availability and practical after-sales access can be as important as the initial model specification when choosing a yacht for Mediterranean use.

Princess brings a broad sub-24-metre portfolio

Princess Yachts’ current range includes multiple F, S, V and Y Class models that sit within the Luxury Yacht Guide sector. Across those families, buyers can choose between flybridge cruising, sportbridge layouts and lower-profile sports-yacht configurations, with an emphasis on owner use and extended private cruising.

The brand’s larger models move beyond LYG’s under-24-metre coverage rule, but much of the core Princess portfolio remains directly relevant to private buyers looking for a premium production yacht that combines established dealer support with familiar British design and engineering. That breadth gives regional shows such as Malta a useful role for buyers comparing different Princess formats before arranging more detailed sea trials.

The Malta show runs across four days

Princess lists the Malta Boat Show for October 29 through November 1, 2026, in Valletta. The timing places the event at the end of the main Mediterranean boating season, when owners and prospective buyers are often reviewing upgrades, replacements and new orders ahead of the following year.

Princess says visitors to its events can explore the craftsmanship, engineering and bespoke furniture produced at its Plymouth facilities. For Malta, the practical value is the chance to discuss the range, ownership requirements and local support directly with the brand’s regional representatives.
