Pardo Yachts has signed a multi-year partnership with private-aviation operator flyExclusive, bringing together two forms of premium mobility that often serve the same customer. The collaboration is designed to give Pardo owners access to private-flight solutions while offering flyExclusive members curated yacht experiences and joint events.
The agreement reflects a wider strategy among luxury brands to extend beyond the product itself. Rather than treating a yacht purchase as an isolated transaction, Pardo is building relationships around how owners travel to their boats, move between destinations and spend leisure time once they arrive.
Private aviation and yachting solve the same travel problem
Yacht owners frequently keep boats far from their primary homes, especially when following seasonal cruising between Florida, the Bahamas, the Mediterranean and other destinations. Private aviation can reduce the time and scheduling friction involved in reaching those locations, making the partnership a practical fit rather than only a branding exercise.
For flyExclusive members, the relationship works in the opposite direction. The operator gains access to Pardo experiences that can introduce customers to yachting in a controlled setting without requiring them to begin with a conventional sales appointment.
Joint events will place both brands around the same audience
Pardo says the partnership will include activity around major international gatherings such as Formula 1 in Miami, the 2026 FIFA World Cup and leading US boat shows. South Florida and the Bahamas are also identified as destinations for personalised experiences.
Those events attract internationally mobile clients and create opportunities to demonstrate both services in context. A customer might arrive by private aircraft and then spend time aboard a yacht, making the connection between the two brands more tangible than a simple cross-promotion campaign.
The partnership supports Pardo's growing US presence
The timing aligns with Cantiere del Pardo's wider investment in the United States, including a representative office in Fort Lauderdale. Pardo has developed a substantial American following around its walkaround, Endurance and GT ranges, so adding a private-aviation partner gives the company another channel into the lifestyle surrounding those boats.
Managing director of Pardo Yachts US Dave Clark describes the collaboration as a natural extension of the brand's focus on performance, design and comfort. The aim is to create a more integrated travel experience rather than asking owners to organise every part of a yacht trip through unrelated providers.
Lifestyle partnerships still need practical value
Luxury-brand collaborations can easily become little more than shared logos and invitation lists. The more interesting part of the Pardo-flyExclusive agreement is the promise of privileged access and tailored services, because those benefits can save owners time if they are implemented through straightforward booking and concierge processes.
The real test will therefore be operational. Owners will judge the relationship by whether flights, transfers and yacht experiences can actually be coordinated more smoothly, while flyExclusive members will need meaningful access to boats rather than generic marketing offers.
A broader definition of the yacht brand
Pardo is effectively positioning itself as part of a luxury-mobility ecosystem rather than only a manufacturer. That approach can strengthen loyalty because owners associate the brand with a wider set of experiences, but it also raises expectations around service quality beyond the physical yacht.
For production-yacht builders, this type of partnership is becoming more relevant as technical differences between strong competitors narrow. Design and performance remain essential, yet the ease of ownership, travel and access can influence which brand feels more convenient to live with over several seasons.
The flyExclusive partnership does not change the engineering of a Pardo yacht, but it changes the context in which the company wants customers to experience one. If the joint programme delivers genuine convenience, it could become a useful complement to the group's expanding US infrastructure and provide a model for how yacht builders connect their products with the wider travel patterns of their owners.
The strongest benefit may be time rather than exclusivity
For many owners, the scarce resource surrounding yacht use is not access to another luxury product but time. Reaching a boat for a short weekend can involve commercial flight schedules, ground transfers and weather-related disruption, so any service that shortens that chain can increase the number of occasions on which an owner actually uses the yacht.
That gives the partnership a practical benchmark. If Pardo and flyExclusive can make travel to South Florida, the Bahamas or major events easier to coordinate, the collaboration adds value through convenience rather than simply prestige. In that form, the relationship supports one of the most basic goals of yacht ownership: making it easier for owners to spend more of their limited leisure time on the water.
