A major award for the GT75

Pardo Yachts has won the 2026 Motor Boat Award in the Best Sportscruiser Motor Yacht over 45ft category with the GT75. The award was presented in Düsseldorf on 20 January during the international boat-show season.

The result gives the GT75 an early independent accolade as Pardo expands its GT family into larger, more accommodation-focused yachts.

Design and usability were central

Pardo describes the GT75 around a balance of sportiness and elegance, with the model combining the brand’s recognisable exterior lines with greater internal volume and longer-stay capability.

Awards in this category are significant because the yachts have to work not just as fast day boats but as genuine cruising platforms with accommodation, storage and practical circulation.

The GT range moves further upmarket

The GT75 sits at the upper end of Pardo’s range and represents a broader move by the builder into yachts that retain open-boat character while offering more enclosed living space.

That positioning places the model in a competitive segment where owners increasingly expect performance, easy handling and flexible indoor-outdoor living in the same package.

Recognition strengthens the model launch

Pardo said the award recognises design, performance, comfort and innovation. For buyers comparing new yachts in the 20-metre class, the result adds another reference point alongside sea-trial performance, layout and after-sales support.

The GT75 remains within Luxury Yacht Guide’s under-24m coverage and will continue to be tracked as deliveries and owner feedback develop.
