The PB65 leads the Genoa display

The Palm Beach 65 sits at the larger end of the builder’s LYG-size range and is designed around a combination of speed, efficiency and owner-customisable accommodation. Palm Beach offers multiple deck and accommodation layouts, allowing buyers to adapt galley position, guest spaces and helm arrangements around the way they intend to cruise.

The model’s presence at Genoa gives European buyers a chance to assess those choices in person rather than through specification sheets alone. Details such as sightlines, deck circulation, storage and access to machinery often become more important once buyers compare similar yachts side by side at a major show.

Palm Beach 50 targets a more compact owner-operated role

Alongside the PB65, the Palm Beach 50 provides a smaller platform at 17.18 metres overall. The model is available in Sedan, Flybridge and Jet Drive configurations, giving owners a choice between a conventional enclosed cruiser, an elevated helm arrangement and a shallow-water propulsion option.

Standard power comes from twin Volvo IPS 650S engines rated at 480 horsepower each. Palm Beach quotes a 33-knot top speed and a 28-knot cruise for the standard configuration, positioning the PB50 as a fast cruising yacht rather than a purely displacement-oriented design.

V-WARP remains central to the builder’s message

Palm Beach links both models to its proprietary V-WARP approach, which combines hull design, lightweight construction and careful weight distribution to improve efficiency and ride quality. The builder’s philosophy draws heavily on founder Mark Richards’ background in ocean racing and composite construction.

For buyers, the significance is not the branding itself but the resulting operating characteristics. Lower resistance and controlled displacement can influence fuel use, cruising speed and handling, particularly on yachts intended to cover longer coastal distances without requiring a large professional crew.

Genoa supports the brand’s European expansion

The Genoa Boat Show is one of several European events Palm Beach Motor Yachts is attending during the 2026 season. The builder has been increasing its visibility outside Australia and the United States, using major shows to give prospective owners direct access to factory representatives and current production models.

With the PB65 and PB50 on display together, visitors can compare two interpretations of the same design philosophy at materially different lengths. That makes the Genoa appearance especially relevant to owners deciding how much interior volume, range and deck space they actually need before moving into a larger yacht.
