Cantiere Mimì will give a new version of the Libeccio 13.50 WA its world premiere at the 2026 Genoa International Boat Show. The 13.50-metre walkaround remains within the yard's traditional gozzo-inspired design language while introducing a revised internal arrangement and more flexible use of the available space.
The launch forms part of a nine-model Libeccio display in Genoa, making it one of the yard's broadest show presentations. For Luxury Yacht Guide, the 13.50 WA is the central model because it sits squarely inside the 12-to-23.99-metre luxury-yacht category.
The update focuses on how the interior is used
Cantiere Mimì says the new version introduces a different organisation of the interior rather than abandoning the character of the existing 13.50 platform. The objective is to improve comfort, functionality and liveability while giving owners more choice in how spaces are configured.
That approach reflects a wider production-yacht trend in which builders extract more value from established hulls through layout development. Buyers increasingly compare storage, circulation and overnight usability as closely as they compare top speed or exterior styling.
Walkaround layout remains central
The WA format is designed around easy movement between bow, cockpit and helm areas without forcing guests through the interior. On a 13.50-metre yacht, that can make the deck feel significantly larger during day use while still preserving enclosed accommodation below.
Mimì combines that practical arrangement with the timber detailing and proportions associated with its modern interpretation of the Mediterranean gozzo. The new interior therefore develops the model without turning it into a completely different type of boat.
Genoa becomes the first buyer-facing test
A world premiere at Genoa gives the yard direct access to Italian and international owners who already understand the Libeccio range. It also lets prospective buyers compare the new 13.50 WA with smaller models built around the same design philosophy.
