A major transformation is preparing Naples Grande Beach Resort for a new identity as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. Expected to debut in January 2027, the property will combine a refreshed coastal design with its established position beside the mangrove forests and beach access of Clam Pass.

The setting remains the strongest asset

The resort sits on Florida’s Paradise Coast, where beaches, mangroves and warm-weather leisure define the destination. Hilton says the redesign is inspired by that natural setting rather than trying to impose a completely separate visual identity on the property.

For LYG travellers, the location makes sense as a winter-sun or pre-cruise stop. Naples combines boating, beaches, dining and golf in a way that fits naturally with the lifestyle surrounding luxury yachts below 24 metres.

The transformation updates a known resort

This is a repositioning rather than a ground-up new build, which means the project must balance familiarity with meaningful change. Guest rooms and public areas are being refreshed to create a more contemporary expression of coastal hospitality.

That can be appealing to returning guests because the destination and service footprint remain recognisable. The goal is to improve comfort and design without losing the qualities that made the resort useful in the first place.

Signia adds a more polished service layer

Signia Hilton is positioned around elevated hospitality, meetings and premium leisure, but the Naples setting gives the brand a more relaxed resort character. The property is expected to serve both holidaymakers and guests combining leisure with events or business travel.

That flexibility is useful for modern travellers who often mix purposes within one trip. A coastal hotel that can support a conference, family stay or long weekend without feeling overly corporate has a broader appeal.

Naples remains a strong boating destination

Southwest Florida has a large recreational boating community, marina infrastructure and easy access to the Gulf. That makes the resort relevant to LYG even though it is not a yacht property in the narrow sense.

The January opening date also places the debut directly into Florida’s winter season. For owners and charter guests moving through the region, the transformed resort should offer a comfortable, high-quality base without entering the ultra-luxury bracket.
