NoMad Singapore has opened reservations ahead of its expected late-2026 debut near Orchard Road, marking the hotel's brand's first property in Asia Pacific. The project pairs a layered art-and-design approach with restaurants and bars intended to attract local visitors as well as overnight guests.
The proposed 173-room hotel has 25 suites and an art programme giving most of its works to Singapore-based artists. Its booking opening is confirmed, but an exact operating opening date should not be assumed from the reservation announcement.
An address shaped by Singapore
WOHA designed the building and Kevin Klein Design created the interiors, with the former Faber House site taking on a planted exterior and a cascading waterfall. Materials and colours nod to Peranakan shophouses alongside the NoMad brand's eclectic interiors.
The elevated reception is planned on the fifth level, with Lù bar connecting to an outdoor terrace and pool. The location gives visitors access to Orchard Road while keeping the hotel experience distinct from the street below.
Rooms, suites and dining
Hilton describes 71 Atelier rooms of 32 square metres, alongside Parlour and NoMad suites with larger living spaces. The upper-level NoMad Grill will focus on wood-fired cooking and seafood, while The Tropicana Club and Sticky Fingers add separate bar and dessert concepts.
These spaces create several reasons to visit without booking a room. Opening details and individual dining reservations should be confirmed once the operators publish their final schedules.
An art collection with local involvement
The announced collection exceeds 1,860 works, with the hotel attributing 90 percent to Singapore-based artists. A partnership with ART:DIS also supports commissions by artists with disabilities.
The result is intended to connect a global hotel identity with the city in which it operates. Travellers should treat the pictured interiors as the operator's published presentation until the property is open and the final spaces can be seen.
