A new Aegean hotel in development
MGallery Collection and Colossos SA have announced their first MGallery hotel on Rhodes. The adults-only project is under construction and the partners anticipate welcoming guests in spring 2027.
The location is Kallithea, a coastal area overlooking the Aegean. This is a future hotel announcement, not confirmation that rooms are already available for stays.
The proposed guest experience
Contemporary design, dining, wellbeing and local storytelling form the concept described by the partners. The development aims to connect its setting with a distinct hotel identity.
The final room inventory and individual amenity details were not all confirmed in the initial announcement. The operator should be consulted once it opens reservations.
Rhodes in a private-yacht itinerary
The island is part of the wider Dodecanese cruising region and can be visited by luxury yachts. A land-based stay in Kallithea would require its own transfers from a suitable harbour.
A beachfront hotel is not automatically equipped for yacht berthing or tender arrivals. Captains must check current marina facilities, harbour instructions and sea conditions separately.

The partners describe spring 2027 as the scheduled opening period. Construction, commissioning and final operating arrangements may affect the precise first-guest date.
