Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla has unveiled a festive calendar stretching from Thanksgiving through the start of 2027. Its plan is built around visiting culinary talent, wellness specialists, sports coaching and music as well as traditional holiday dining.
The Caribbean resort is presenting a schedule of individual residencies rather than a fixed itinerary for every guest. That gives families and groups the flexibility to choose a quieter wellness stay or a more social Christmas and New Year visit.
Private omakase in a residence
Uchi at Home will bring a dedicated chef into selected villas, penthouses and townhomes for a bespoke multi-course omakase. The resort limits the experience to two parties each evening between 23 December and 1 January.
Guests seeking a less formal option can order a separate Uchi takeaway offering through room service. Both choices should be booked and their specific terms confirmed.
Korean and Latin American kitchens
Chef Esther Choi is due at Sunset Lounge between 19 and 23 December, bringing contemporary Korean dishes to the oceanfront resort. Chef and author Mika Leon is also returning with Latin-inspired cooking at Salt.
These are distinct chef collaborations rather than an all-season replacement of the regular restaurant menus. Their published schedule allows travellers to plan meals around the dates that interest them.
Tennis, pickleball and recovery
Former professional tennis players Nick Monroe and Donald Young are scheduled for tennis and pickleball coaching from 16 to 22 November. Sessions will cater for different levels, adding activity before the main holiday rush.
Wellness practitioner Miss Lymph is due to offer tailored lymphatic-drainage sessions from 26 November to 1 December. Treatment descriptions should be understood as spa services, not medical claims of guaranteed results.
An island festive gathering
Salt's annual Thanksgiving dinner remains part of the programme, joined by entertainment and family activities later in the season. The resort also plans New Year's Eve celebrations as the calendar moves into 2027.
Access to visiting chefs, private dining and sports sessions may be limited even for hotel guests. Advance bookings and current prices should be obtained directly before travel.
