The Yacht Group has appointed Haimes Coleman Group as its Southeast US representative for Beam-LED searchlight systems, according to the organiser's 15 September exhibitor release. The appointment adds a named regional sales contact ahead of IBEX 2026 in Tampa.
Searchlight distribution matters to yacht builders and refit yards that need specification and support for deck and bridge equipment. This is a commercial representation announcement rather than an announcement of a newly designed yacht or a confirmed product installation.
A regional channel for marine lighting
A representative can connect builders and installers with information about equipment choices, availability and commissioning support. The agreement concerns the Southeast US, not a claim that the distributor now controls worldwide Beam-LED sales.
Buyers should confirm exact models, supply arrangements and warranty service with The Yacht Group and its appointed representative. Those details can matter when the yacht will spend much of its time in another cruising region.
Searchlights belong in a full bridge specification
Beam direction, mounting position, electrical loads and helm control should be assessed as a single installation. An owner cannot judge suitability merely from output claims or the physical size of the housing.
A refit plan must consider glare, waterproof connections and service access before a light is fitted. Any integration with another helm system requires manufacturer-supported interfaces.
