The 460 GTC leads the display
Saxdor is positioning the 460 GTC as the headline yacht in Fort Lauderdale, where it will make its first appearance at the show. The model combines a glass wheelhouse with the brand’s open-deck philosophy and adds separate shower facilities below for longer stays aboard.
At around 46 feet, the 460 GTC sits squarely in the LYG sector and offers a larger alternative to Saxdor’s established 400 series. Buyers can therefore compare whether the extra volume and accommodation justify the step up in size for their normal cruising pattern.
Six models show different approaches to weather protection
Alongside the 460 GTC, Saxdor will display the 400 GTS, 400 GTC, 320 GTO, 340 GTWA and 270 GTO. The line-up ranges from open driving-focused layouts to enclosed wheelhouses and all-weather walkaround arrangements.
That breadth is useful at a show because it lets owners judge how much protection they want without changing brands or basic design philosophy. In warmer climates an open model can maximise connection with the water, while enclosed versions may extend the usable season and improve comfort on longer passages.
Performance remains part of the Saxdor formula
Saxdor highlights the 320 GTO as capable of more than 50 knots on its twin-stepped hull, keeping performance central even in the smaller models. The 460 GTC is intended to combine that dynamic character with more space and greater overnight capability.
Headline speed is only one part of the ownership equation, particularly for family cruising. Fuel capacity, ride comfort, noise levels, storage and marina handling should all be considered alongside maximum performance when comparing models at Fort Lauderdale.
FLIBS provides a full-range comparison
The Fort Lauderdale show runs from 28 October to 1 November and gives Saxdor a major North American platform late in the 2026 season. Having six boats in one display should make the distinctions between the GTO, GTS, GTC and GTWA concepts easier to understand than viewing specifications separately.
For LYG buyers, the most significant element is the 460 GTC’s regional debut, but the wider fleet adds context around where it sits in the range. Owners can move directly between models and assess the trade-offs in enclosure, deck circulation, accommodation and size.
