M8 EVO leads the multihull side of the display
The M8 EVO sits at the upper end of Prestige’s current M-Line and uses a wide multihull platform to create living areas more commonly associated with much longer monohull yachts. Its emphasis is on interior volume, separation of guest spaces and a strong connection between the main deck and the water.
For LYG buyers, the model is particularly relevant because it shows how a sub-24-metre power catamaran can deliver substantial onboard space without moving into the regulatory and operational territory of a larger superyacht. The broad beam also gives owners a different set of marina and berthing considerations from a conventional flybridge yacht.
M6 provides a smaller route into Prestige multihull ownership
The M6 takes the same basic multihull philosophy into a more compact package. It is aimed at private owners who want the stability and living space of a power catamaran while keeping overall dimensions, running costs and handling demands below those of the larger M8 EVO.
Showing the two M-Line models together at Genoa gives buyers a useful way to judge how much extra accommodation and deck area they gain as they move up the range. It also allows direct comparison of helm layouts, cabin arrangements and the practical impact of beam on everyday cruising.
F4.9 and F5.7 represent the flybridge alternative
The F4.9 and F5.7 come from Prestige’s F-Line and offer a more traditional monohull flybridge layout. Both models focus on open sightlines, social main-deck spaces and exterior living areas, but they preserve the narrower footprint and familiar handling characteristics many experienced motor-yacht owners prefer.
For buyers deciding between monohull and multihull ownership, the Genoa fleet is therefore more useful than a single-model display. The F-Line yachts can be assessed against the M-Line boats in the same show environment, making differences in space, deck circulation and berth requirements easier to understand.
Genoa gives Mediterranean buyers a four-model comparison
The Genoa International Boat Show runs through October 6 and remains one of the principal autumn events for Mediterranean yacht buyers. Prestige is using the event to present four current models rather than concentrating on a single launch, which gives visitors a broader view of the brand’s direction.
All four yachts fall within LYG’s 12-to-under-24-metre coverage range. For prospective owners, the strongest reason to inspect the display is the opportunity to compare two distinct hull concepts and several size points before deciding which combination of accommodation, handling and operating footprint best suits their cruising plans.
