Pardo Yachts is giving the new GT65 its official debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, introducing the third model in its crossover GT range between the GT52 and GT75. At 20.14 metres overall, the new yacht combines the walkaround character associated with Pardo with larger cruising spaces, three guest cabins and a propulsion package designed for speeds up to 35 knots.
Cantiere del Pardo describes the GT65 as a deliberate balance between design, onboard comfort and reliable performance rather than a compromise between open and cruising-yacht formats. Naval architecture comes from Zuccheri Yacht Design, while Nauta is responsible for the exterior styling, interior design and general arrangement.
A continuous connection between cockpit and saloon
The GT65 retains Pardo's reverse bow and single-level walkaround circulation while introducing a lighter-looking superstructure with large continuous glazed surfaces. Reducing the number of structural mullions gives the saloon broad outward views, while a large opening aft window helps connect the interior directly with the cockpit when the yacht is at anchor.
Aft, a raised sunpad sits above the swim platform, with a grill and sink integrated beneath part of the cushioning. The official Cannes material confirms a concealed garage capable of carrying a tender up to 3.25 metres, preserving the yacht's clean exterior profile while adding practical cruising capability.
Three cabins and a new owner's arrangement
Below deck, the GT65 uses a three-cabin, three-bathroom layout intended to support longer stays aboard. The owner's cabin is positioned forward and spans the full beam, with a transverse double bed and a walk-in wardrobe that Pardo identifies as a first for one of its models.
The galley is raised on the lower deck rather than occupying the main saloon, creating clearer separation between service and guest areas and freeing additional living space above. A separate crew cabin accessed from the cockpit and an adjacent technical compartment add the operational features expected of a yacht designed for extended cruising.
Twin Volvo IPS propulsion and 35-knot performance
The most powerful published installation uses two Volvo Penta D13 IPS 1350 units, with Cantiere del Pardo quoting a maximum speed of 35 knots and an estimated cruising speed of 25 to 26 knots. The current model page also lists twin IPS 1200 engines as the standard propulsion package, giving owners two factory power choices.
Fuel capacity is 3,350 litres and fresh-water capacity is 1,100 litres, supporting the GT65's greater emphasis on cruising range and time aboard. The combination of IPS propulsion, substantial tankage and a 20-metre platform gives the new model a different operating profile from Pardo's smaller open yachts.
Cannes introduces the next Pardo GT
The GT65 arrives at Cannes as Pardo expands the crossover family that began with the GT52 and later added the larger GT75. Its 20-metre platform places it between those two models while retaining a recognisable combination of reverse bow, open circulation and strong visual contact with the sea.
The official Cannes debut gives visitors the first full opportunity to assess how those established Pardo cues have been adapted to a more substantial cruising yacht. With a tender garage, genuine crew provision, three ensuite guest cabins and IPS performance, the GT65 moves the range further towards extended owner use without abandoning the sporty character at the centre of the brand.
