An autumn motor-yacht display
BENETEAU has outlined its participation in the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, scheduled for 28 October to 1 November 2026. Its exhibition announcement combines new-generation Gran Turismo yachts with Antares and Swift Trawler models.
Within Luxury Yacht Guide's 12.00–23.99-metre market, four models on the published list qualify: Gran Turismo 40 Open, Gran Turismo 50, Antares 12 Coupe and Swift Trawler 54. Smaller Flyer, Antares and Swift Trawler boats are omitted because they sit below the LYG minimum.
The manufacturer's event page offers an invitation process through local dealers, including guided model tours and discussions with product specialists. It is an announced future programme and remains subject to confirmation closer to the show.
The Gran Turismo generation
The Gran Turismo 40 Open is listed at 12.3 metres overall, while the Gran Turismo 50 measures 15.95 metres. Their presence allows visitors to compare the new family across noticeably different lengths.
BENETEAU places the Gran Turismo designs among its premiering models in the official announcement. The release does not require an assumption that each will be making a first-ever world appearance at this particular show.
The photograph accompanying this article identifies the Gran Turismo 50 itself, using LYG's existing official model image. Visitors should still verify the exact displayed specification rather than assuming that all builds are identical.
Antares and Swift Trawler alternatives
The Antares 12 Coupe is another relevant model at 12.97 metres overall. Its enclosed configuration gives owners a different coastal-cruising proposition from the more open Gran Turismo designs.
At 17.13 metres overall, the Swift Trawler 54 forms the larger end of this in-scope selection. The flybridge and cruising layout are intended to accommodate a different pattern of passages and time aboard.
Comparisons across these models should focus on regular crew size, sheltered living areas and the intended journey. A larger yacht or a different deck arrangement is only useful where it supports the owner's actual plans.
