Greenline’s 58 Coupe places the appeal of an open main deck alongside a substantial solar installation. The established model uses a fixed roof instead of a flybridge, offering space for sixteen panels with a combined quoted maximum output of seven kilowatts.

A roof with a practical purpose

The Coupe takes its main living arrangement from the 58 Fly while using the upper surface for solar generation. Greenline’s original brochure presents the panel layout as a way to support onboard domestic systems without continuously relying on a running generator.

Seven kilowatts is a nominal array rating, not a guarantee of production at every anchorage. Actual energy depends on season, weather, shading, battery capacity and equipment use.

Single-level living

The builder places the aft galley between the cockpit and saloon, creating a more continuous area for dining and entertaining. An aft-facing transom bench and extended hydraulic bathing platform add time close to the water without requiring a high upper deck.

The Coupe will appeal to some owners for its lower silhouette and straightforward movement on the main deck. Exact accessible routes, thresholds and safety equipment should be checked aboard the individual yacht.

What the electrical plan must answer

Solar generation and battery storage can help reduce generator running for certain hotel loads, but air conditioning, cooking and propulsion needs vary significantly. A prospective buyer should request the chosen inverter, battery and charging specifications rather than calculate an unsupported overnight runtime.

A vessel may still require shore power or diesel generation. The benefits should be assessed against the actual cruising pattern and local service arrangements.

An established model profile

Greenline’s own materials introduced the Coupe concept for a 2025 season, and the model remains within the current range. This is an original technical profile for LYG, not a claim of a new September 2026 launch.
