A brokerage reduction ahead of the Florida show

Northrop & Johnson has reduced ABIDE AWHILE’s asking price by $151,000 to $1.599 million. The 19 October announcement identifies Brian Fisher as the listing broker for the 2022 Beneteau Grand Trawler.

The approximately 19-metre, 62-foot motor yacht is scheduled for display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from 28 October to 1 November. The source rounds its metre length differently between headline and text, so the yacht’s own documentation should establish exact dimensions for a purchase.

Displacement cruising with a separate upper speed

The broker identifies construction at Beneteau’s Monfalcone facility in Italy and a displacement hull designed by MICAD. It quotes twin 730-horsepower MAN engines, 10-knot cruising and a 20-knot maximum.

An approximate 1,050-nautical-mile range is attributed to economical trawler speeds. That figure should not be read as a range available at the separately quoted 20-knot maximum, which describes a different operating point.

Two routes connect the flybridge

The published layout provides an interior staircase to the flybridge. A second staircase leads up from the cockpit, creating a separate outside route between the principal decks.

At the lower helm, twin captain’s chairs sit beside a daybed. The galley has a sliding privacy door, allowing that working space to be separated from the surrounding accommodation when required.

Recent work extends beyond cosmetic updates

Northrop & Johnson lists bottom paint, engine and generator servicing, new raw-water pumps and stern-thruster batteries among the 2026 work. It also describes refurbished teak decks and new shaft seals.

A serviced watermaker and a 3.6-metre tender with a Yamaha outboard added in 2025 are further published particulars. These items should be checked against service records and the inventory included in a transaction, rather than treated as an independent condition assessment.

Inspection can be coordinated around FLIBS

The announcement describes a gyro stabiliser, protected propellers and a draft of four feet seven inches. It states that the gyro warranty runs through February 2027, with its terms and transferability matters for confirmation.
