Berthing at Marina Grande
Porto Turistico di Capri occupies part of Marina Grande on the northern shore of Capri. The official marina information publishes 300 boat slips, with the marina protected by substantial breakwaters and positioned immediately beside the island's principal passenger-port area.
Dimensions and approach
The marina currently publishes a maximum depth of 8 metres and a maximum yacht length of 60 metres. VHF channel 71 is monitored for marina communications, while arrival procedures reflect the heavy commercial and passenger traffic operating through Marina Grande.
Services for visiting yachts
Published facilities include reception, bathrooms and showers, Wi-Fi, weather information, security and 24-hour docking assistance by dinghy. Water and electricity are charged according to use, while diver assistance and other specialist services are available separately.
2026 rates and reservations
The marina publishes a detailed 2026 daily tariff arranged by season, yacht length and beam. Categories include the complete 12–24 metre Luxury Yacht Guide range and extend to substantially larger yachts. Owners should use the operator's current reservation system because both dimensions and dates affect the applicable category and rate.
Access to Capri
Capri town and the Piazzetta are accessible from Marina Grande by funicular and taxi. The marina therefore works both as a destination berth and as a practical base for visiting the island.
