Shorefront celebrations planned for 31 December

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has announced a selection of New Year's Eve experiences to welcome 2027. The October 16 programme centres on a French cabaret-inspired gala beside the Arabian Gulf, with dining, performances and city views as the main attractions.

The different venues give visitors a choice between a full-scale beach celebration, smaller restaurant meals and a late-night rooftop gathering. Each experience has its own reservation conditions, so a room booking should not be mistaken for automatic access to the celebrations.

Cabaret atmosphere by the water

The main shorefront gala begins with Champagne and canapés at Jou Jou Brasserie from 19:00 before guests move to a buffet and live entertainment at the beach. Cabaret performers and music are planned through the evening, culminating in views of midnight fireworks over the city and gulf.

The resort lists the gala at AED 4,500 per adult with alcoholic drinks or AED 3,100 with non-alcoholic drinks. A separate child rate is advertised for ages six to twelve, with advance payment and reservations required.

Sea Fu offers a more intimate dining choice

Sea Fu will offer an à la carte New Year's Eve meal from 20:00, with Asian-inspired dishes and a welcome glass of Champagne. The restaurant's beachfront setting provides another vantage point for the midnight celebrations.

The published minimum spend is AED 3,000 per adult, with a separate price for children. Prospective diners should check availability and conditions before assuming that access to other resort venues is included.

Shai Salon and Mercury Rooftop

Shai Salon is presenting a quieter dinner option, with an à la carte menu and a minimum spend that applies after 20:00. It may appeal to guests who prefer conversation and a more relaxed atmosphere before the final countdown.

Mercury Rooftop is planning a separate party from 20:00 until 04:00, with live DJs, entertainment and views of the Dubai skyline. The venue's age restrictions change over the course of the night and should be checked by groups travelling with younger family members.

New Year's Day continues at Jou Jou

The resort has scheduled a Mediterranean-inspired brunch at Jou Jou Brasserie on 1 January 2027. Live stations, seafood, pasta and a children's entertainment area are intended to create a more family-oriented occasion following the previous evening's festivities.

The announcement sets out ticket prices and event times, but spaces are not guaranteed merely because the programme has been published. Guests planning a holiday around the celebration should confirm reservations, inclusions and any later changes directly with the resort.
