Winter flavours arrive in Dubai's financial district

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre has detailed a programme of food and drink for the closing months of 2026. Its offerings include an eight-course Japanese winter menu at KIGO and a series of festive aperitivo evenings at MINA Brasserie.

The new programme is distinct from the hotel's separate New Year's Eve events, concentrating on occasions that can be enjoyed throughout part of the season. Advance reservations and individual restaurant policies remain relevant.

KIGO celebrates seasonal Japanese cuisine

KIGO is planning an eight-course winter tasting menu from 3 to 30 December 2026, available on selected evenings. The kitchen will draw on Japanese culinary traditions and seasonal produce to create a sequence of carefully balanced courses.

The hotel has highlighted KIGO's recent Michelin recognition as part of the restaurant's identity. It lists a price of AED 1,500 per person for the tasting menu, with drinks pairing available by separate arrangement.

MINA Brasserie invites guests to aperitivo

MINA Brasserie will stage festive aperitivo sessions from Wednesday to Friday between 17:00 and 20:00. The concept is based on cocktails and canapés in a relaxed setting, offering an earlier-evening option before other dining plans.

Four Seasons has advertised individual cocktails at AED 65, alongside a selection of shared plates. The pricing describes the announced promotion and may not apply to every drink on the regular menu.

A prepared turkey feast at home

The hotel's culinary team is also offering a takeaway festive turkey with accompanying dishes and desserts. Planned availability is from 22 to 31 December, offering a way to bring a hotel-prepared meal to a private celebration.

The published package uses a roughly five-to-six-kilogram bird and carries an advertised AED 1,200 price. Orders require at least twenty-four hours' notice before collection, according to the hotel's instructions.

Choosing a dining occasion

The various options cater to different preferences, from a structured tasting-menu evening to casual aperitivo or a meal shared at home. They also illustrate how the DIFC property differs from the group's beachfront Dubai resort.

Visitors should confirm the current menus, dates, dietary arrangements and availability with the appropriate restaurant. The announcement describes planned offerings, not guaranteed access without a reservation.
