French festive flavours beside the gulf

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has presented a seasonal dining programme extending through December 2026 into January 2027. Its emphasis is on French-inspired pastries, afternoon tea and prepared dishes for family gatherings.

The programme differs from the resort's separate New Year's Eve gala, with several offerings designed for smaller visits or at-home meals. Guests should confirm individual order requirements and collection dates rather than treating the entire programme as a single celebration.

An afternoon tea by Nicolas Lambert

Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert has created a festive afternoon tea at Shai Salon, scheduled from 5 December to 3 January. The menu combines delicate desserts with savoury bites and a selection of teas.

The resort lists an AED 300 option including tea or coffee, with a separate price for a glass of Champagne. The experience is intended as a seasonal salon occasion, distinct from the later rooftop entertainment planned for New Year's Eve.

Bûche de Noël for the Christmas table

Lambert's holiday Bûche de Noël combines layers of buckwheat sponge, buckwheat crémeux, sherry-vinegar caramel and roasted cocoa-nib mousse. The design offers a contemporary interpretation of a traditional French Christmas dessert.

Four Seasons describes a serving size for six guests and requires advance payment before collection. People planning a gathering should check collection windows and any ingredient-related restrictions before placing an order.

Prepared turkey feasts for sharing

The resort also offers a prepared turkey celebration with side dishes for collection during the festive season. Its advertised package is based on a substantial bird intended for a family or group meal rather than an individual restaurant portion.

Advance payment and a minimum notice period are required, reflecting the kitchen preparation involved. The package is an optional catering service, not something automatically supplied to every guest staying at the resort.

Galette des Rois extends the calendar

Festive dining continues into January with a Galette des Rois, a French pastry traditionally associated with Epiphany. The resort is planning availability from 2 to 10 January 2027, introducing a different seasonal celebration after Christmas and New Year's Eve.

The published dates and prices are useful planning information, but actual availability may change. Guests should contact the resort directly for current orders and dining reservations.
