Sanlorenzo
Sanlorenzo is an Italian yacht builder founded in 1958 in Limite sull'Arno near Florence. The company later expanded through Viareggio and Ameglia and now operates several Italian shipyards producing yachts and superyachts with a strong emphasis on made-to-measure interiors and restrained design.
Made-to-measure production
Sanlorenzo's current yacht division includes SL, SD, SX and SP ranges. The builder deliberately limits production compared with mass-market manufacturers and positions customisation as a central part of the ownership proposition. Its production footprint includes Ameglia, Viareggio, La Spezia and Massa.
SX crossover range
Within Luxury Yacht Guide's 12.00–23.99 metre scope, the Sanlorenzo SX76 is the key current model. At 23.75 metres overall, it sits very close to the site's upper boundary and blends features normally associated with flybridge yachts and explorer-style designs.
Why Sanlorenzo matters
The SX76 brings a higher degree of customisation and yacht-style crew separation into the sub-24-metre catalogue. It is particularly useful for buyers comparing top-end production and semi-custom yachts where interior configuration, crew requirements and operating profile matter as much as speed.
