Bluegame

Bluegame is an Italian yacht brand whose origins date to 2004, when Luca Santella introduced an unconventional multipurpose approach intended to sit outside traditional boat categories. The company describes this idea as the basis of its Sport Utility Boat concept, combining open spaces, seaworthiness and close connection with the sea.

Part of Sanlorenzo Group

Bluegame became part of Sanlorenzo Group in 2018 and has continued to develop distinct BG, BGX, BGM and BGF ranges. The brand remains based at Ameglia in Liguria and uses the wider Sanlorenzo industrial environment while maintaining its own design identity.

Bluegame BG54

Luxury Yacht Guide's first Bluegame production record is the Bluegame BG54. The 16.57-metre yacht combines a large open cockpit and transformable bow area with two- or three-cabin lower-deck layouts. Its official specification includes Volvo Penta IPS propulsion and a published maximum speed of 35 knots, subject to the builder's stated tolerance.

Why Bluegame matters

Bluegame is useful for buyers who find conventional labels such as flybridge, open yacht and explorer too restrictive. Its yachts place particular emphasis on deck usability, seaworthy hull design and flexible interior arrangements, making the BG54 an important alternative to traditional production-yacht layouts.
